The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) is an inspection service that is conducted before the products are shipped to the buyer or packed in pallet. It is one of the most important steps in the quality assurance process and is the best method for checking the quality of goods before they are shipped to buyers.

PSI assures that the final product complies with the buyer’s specifications and that the products are of good quality. It is conducted according to standard Acceptable Quality Limits (AQL) specifications on the final batch of products and includes a full examination of the products, package, and packaging material.
